  The Society for Psycho-Prevention was registered in 1992. The Society associates medical doctors, psychologists, educators and therapists. The Society organises and gives merithorical support to psycho-preventive, therapeutic and re-socialisation institutions and programmes. The Society for Psycho-Prevention carry out training courses for professionals in these fields as well.

Society's goals according to the statutes:
• Popularising psycho-prevention knowledge and skills;
• Operating and supporting programmes in areas of psychological education, psycho-prevention, social rehabilitation, health care, social welfare, social re-adaptation, and foster family care;
• Engaging in training in the area of psycho-prevention and psycho-correction impact methodology.

Main Board
  The Main Board gives merithorical support to psycho-preventive, therapeutic and re-socialisation institutions and programmes. The Main Board deals with drafting and popularisation of professional standards and also integration of the professional circle. It organises conferences of the professional circle as well.

  The Society's Branch in Bielsko-Biala carries out psycho-preventive program for children and families from marginalised communities. This Program includes various forms of work with dysfunctional family, Day-Care Centre, Crisis Hotel, Foster Family Care Centre and also recruitment campaign and training of volunteers.

  The Society's Branch in Warsaw carries out professional training courses for people dealing with re-socialisation, addiction therapy, corrective upbringing, psycho-prevention, psychological aid, education, social aid and psychiatric rehabilitation.
